Which happened to me once. Probably the same bug also means files marked "Highest" are not much faster to download than others, or at least take much longer than they did before. Some of the torrents finished quickly and turned blue with "seeding" written on them , so I deleted those and the remaining torrents kept downloading happily.
Then, just to check, I closed deluge and reopened the program. Now nothing downloads again. Please help. I don't know if this helps in figuring out what's wrong? I haven't changed anything though, and I don't really understand the network settings in deluge nor why it works one moment and then not the next.
