When I try copy paste method, only the first photo is saved -without the comment. I want help in download the photos along with comments in the letter without the letter content.
There should be a download option which you can click and save the photo. Yes, it will be better if you post a screenshot. I had to save an attachment for the first time and I futzed with my phone for an eternity before I finally figured it out.

To get the full resolution version you still have to click on the Download button that pops up when you hover over the image. This is not great if you have large images, regardless of losing resolution. Since I use gmail for business, I can't afford to accidentally miss an image. Scroll to the bottom of the message and press the Forward button.
